Rob has been certified numerous times by trial judge at Federal Court as a naval architect and marine engineer, boat and ship structures expert, and accident reconstructionist. Since 1976 he has testified at court or arbitration 33 times, 53 times at deposition, for a total of 103 cases to-date.
